After about a month from training hills, stairs and (occasionally) trails, and settling down the office in a new area, fresh orange fragrance attracted me to this neat little shop a few doors away – the Nutrition Club, where shakes were served to substitute breakfast and lunch.
This neat little place, where I met the health guides Samantha and Andrew Liang, offers the shake with their product mixture from Herbalife, a shake product that can help you to either gain, loose or maintain weight.
